A Little About Me......

I am a proud Mother of three children, Dylan, and twins Kaitlyn and Allison.  My husband and I have known each other since we were kids.  We have two dogs, Molly and Roscoe, who are truly a big part of our family! I am an advocate for the Hamilton County Humane Society as well as other non-profit organizations throughout the community and contribute regularly on behalf of each of my clients for every referral, review, and closed transaction.

I truly enjoy helping and guiding people through one of the most important transactions in their life....buying and/or selling their home. I also specialize in fixer uppers and working with investors whether it be locating rental properties or targeting areas of opportunity for flipping.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

I have extensive business management experience with a Bachelor’s in Applied Business Management earned through Tri-State University.  My husband co-owns a successful construction business located in Pendleton, RenCon Renovation and Construction Services, where I worked and assisted for several years.

I also earned a diploma from the Interior Design Institute and developed an interior design business, Kristin Ann Interior Design.   I have always had an admiration for creating and reinventing spaces.   I have the ability to see potential, even when my clients cannot.  Even if the home checks every wish list, you will want to personalize it in some way.

I am proud to be a part of the Century 21 Scheetz team and am truly looking forward to working with you!
